An excellent way to cook a steak…maybe the best method there is!!! Searing on CAST IRON works absolutely fantastic and produced one of the best steaks I have cooked by any method in record time…the flip method I use which is flipping the steak every 2 minutes produces an evenly cooked and perfectly seated FILET MIGNON…I have cooked steaks many ways and I must say…NOTHING I KNOW OF BEATS THIS METHOD!!! or the the Beef Tenderloin and I think you will have the same opinion!!! Nothing beats a perfectly cooked fillet mignon!!
