These mashed potatoes in the Pressure Cooker were so good, but they were used for the next video. The Pressure Cooker enhances the flavor of food and spices and just putting salt in the water gave them a great taste. I used about 10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced up, along with 4 cups of water and cooked them for 20 minutes in the Pressure Cooker, let them sit for 10 minutes after they were done and then did a quick release. These mashed potatoes were used for the next video. 🙂
