My Italian Chicken:
8 organic boneless skinless chicken breasts bathed in olive oil with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and shredded parmesan cheese to taste.
Cook on manual for 8 minutes, can go for 10 if you want your chicken a little more tender. Self release for 10 minutes and then do a quick release. Goes great with home made mac & cheese, and veggies of your choice.
Alex’s Chicken:
Seasoning salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook with Sous Vide 149 F for 3 hours.
