A frequently asked question is why not salted butter? I have also tried making Ghee from salted Butter. It works fine. You won’t feel salt in your ghee at all. The only things you need to take care of are, Salted butter will foam more when boiling, splash as well. So keep an eye on it and the milk solids from salted butter will be very salty. So be very careful If you are going to use it in any of the recipes or planning to eat it.
Making ghee in Instant Pot is a hands-free job, makes the process easy and because of Its consistent heat, it comes out perfect every time in the same time which means a lesser chance of burnt ghee.
