Instant Pot Green Chile and Cilantro Rice. This fluffy rice recipe is easy to make in an electric pressure cooker. It uses one of my favorite chiles the Anaheim. This is a mild with a slightly sweet flavor and a subtle pop of chile taste. Eric grew these chiles in our container garden! We are using the pilaf method to cook this rice. This means the we are toasting the rice by sauteing it first and adding flavorings to the chicken broth. This rice is fluffy and extremely flavorful! A squeeze of lime at the end takes this Instant Pot Fluffy Rice over the top!
