So I’ve made Instant Pot Lasagna, (find it here: but I wanted to make something a little different.

These are called LASAGNA ROLLS! They are perfect if you just want a single servings and they are really fun to make!

Sometimes making a lasagna can be overwhelming with all the different steps and layers, but this recipe makes it easy.

From start to finish, this recipe is going to take about 30 minutes. Your kids can help by rolling these up and topping with cheese.

Add a side salad and French bread for a quick and easy meal everyone will love.

These stuffed lasagna roll ups are a family favorite. My kids love when I make these, because they know they get to help make them.

I don’t know what it is, but any recipe my kids help make, they are more likely to eat!

Here are the ingredients you will need for this recipe:

1 box Oven Ready Lasagna Noodle
32 oz jar Spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce
1 pound ground beef, cooked
21 oz ricotta cheese
3 cups Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: First cook your ground beef. You can do it from frozen in your instant pot (shown here:

If you haven’t cooked your ground beef yet, you can push the saute button and cook it like you would right on a stove top!

Break your lasagna noodles in half and put in your Instant Pot. Fill your pot with water just enough to cover the noodles.

Put the lid on and turn the knob to sealing, not venting. Push Manual (or pressure cook) and cook for 2 minutes.

Quick release (or turn the knob to venting) when it is done cooking.

In a separate bowl mix together your meat and 1/2 of your marinara sauce.

In another bowl add your ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

When the noodles are done cooking remove them from the pot and put a spoonful of the meat mixture and one spoonful of the cheese mixture on each noodle. Roll them up and put in a pan seam side down.

Pour the rest of the sauce on top of the noodles and them sprinkle the 2 cups of cheese one top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes – or until the cheese is melted.
