Tomatoes – 6-7 ( 4 cups )
Water – 1/4 cup
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 4 Tablespoons
Vinegar – 2 Tablespoons

Procedure :
Chop tomatoes and add to instant pot , and add 1/4 cup water ,
Close the lid and Seal the vent
Set time :
Manual – 5 minutes
Pressure – HIGH
Release – Natural Release ( or Release after 10 minutes )
Open the lid and cool down
Blend into a smoothie mixture
Pour the mixture into sieve ,discard seeds & skin
On Saute, ( this process can be done on stove top too)
Boil the mixture.
when the mixture started boiling , then add salt, kashmiri chilli powder, sugar and mix well
Keep Stirring till the mixture is thicken ( keep stirring , careful while boiling and best to do small quantity and in 6 quart or 8 quart only )
Mixture is thicken without water then cancel the saute mode and
Add vinegar and mix well . leave it till the mixture cools down
Store in a air tight container in refrigerator unto a month.
