NO BURN ERRORS… NO WATER LIGHT… EVER AGAIN!!! This is a excellent recipe for a Wild Rice Blend and Chicken Thighs…I also added 2 cans of Mushrooms (that I drained first by the way) that made this one of the healthiest meals I eat…lol… you could use skinless chicken to make it even healthier! Ninja’s recipe book calls for 1 1/4 cup of water to each cup of brown rice but I only used 2 cups of water for the 2 cups of rice blend I used because I cooked the chicken thighs… at the same time and in the same pot… as the rice…I place the thighs on a rack over the rice to let the natural chicken broth and juices drip directly into the rice as it cooked…I think you will be impressed with the results.
