Paneer in Instant Pot in ( 30 minutes ) | How to make ( Paneer ) in Instant Pot
Milk – 1 gallon ( whole milk (or) Full fat milk )
Lemon juice – 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons ( or add as required ) ( or) Vinegar
On Saute mode , add water first , then milk and boil till saute mode automatically turns off
( Saute mode turns off automatically after 30 minutes )
No need to stir milk in between wait till saute mode turns off
When saute mode turns off,
add lemon juice slowly and stir .
Keep stirring till milk curdles. within 2-3 minutes water separates and milk curdles
Strain this in a strainer and cheese cloth on top of the strainer .
Squeeze the extra water and fold tight.
Keep this paneer in any flat surface and place a heavy weight on top of the paneer
Rest for 1 – 2 hours
after 2 hours Remove weight and cheese cloth , cut paneer block into your desire shapes.
