A ragout is french stew of meat and vegetables that is normally slow cooked in a dutch oven. We are speeding up the process by using the Elechomes Electric Pressure Cooker because we need to get dinner on the table quickly. This stew has a slow cooked taste but it can be ready for the table in around 30 minutes. I serve it with mashed potatoes or polenta. Enjoy!
