Cooking times for high pressure (estimates only!)

3 pounds 20 minutes
4 pounds 25 minutes
5 Pounds 30 minutes
You add roughly 5 minutes per pound. Mine was 6-7 pounds and we cooked it for 40 minutes. It was perfect and not dried out. That beats two hours in the oven! Also if you add baby carrots you might want to add those in the last 3-5 minutes. So I would have set mine for 35 minutes and then add carrots and finish cooking for 5 minutes under high pressure 🙂

Browning will also help lock in flavor 🙂 just a tip if you have time.
